As a media buyer, Valerie purchases television, radio, outdoor and print advertisements for a variety of health care related clients. She primarily works on the HealthCare Partners of Nevada, HealthSouth, Diagnostic Center of Medicine and Desert Radiology accounts, negotiating the best advertising rates possible, maintaining budgets and trafficking ads.
Prior to joining MassMedia in 2012, Valerie worked in the advertising/marketing field for over eight years, spending the last six at Mithoff Burton Partners in her hometown of El Paso, Texas. With Mithoff Burton Partners, Valerie negotiated media buys for Sierra Providence Health Network and a number of regional businesses.
Valerie graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, a major in Advertising and minors in Marketing and Spanish.
